Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Marketing Support
    1. Support sales management in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to enhance sales volume, market share, and brand presence.
    2. Coordinate and support automotive events, roadshows, product launches, and trade shows ensuring all administrative requirements are met.
    3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement effective campaigns, on schedule, and within budget.
    4. Ensure timely submission of marketing expense documents and track incoming marketing funds.
    5. Oversee procurement and tendering processes to ensure compliance with organizational and Brand Principal's Corporate Identity (CI) requirements.

  2. Process Optimization and Workflow Management
    1. Analyze sales and marketing administrative processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to enhance operations.
    2. Standardize workflows to optimize collaboration and minimize bottlenecks.
    3. Align marketing campaigns and sales activities with organizational goals and available resources.
  3. Sales Support and Resource Management
    1. Track and report sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
    2. Maintain showroom upkeep, including test-drive and roadshow vehicle maintenance.
    3. Provide operational support for daily sales activities.
  4. Marketing and CRM Operations
    1. Assist the CRM team in enrolling vehicle owners into our partnership program.
    2. Manage the timely production and replenishment of marketing materials to support sales efforts.
  5. Reporting and Analytics
    1. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing campaigns.
    2. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management and brand principals.
    3. Update order details in Salesforce and approve orders post-sales manager review.
    4. Ensure data accuracy within various CRM programs related to partnership programs.
  6. Vendor and Partner Management
    1. Oversee relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners for successful campaign execution.
    2. Monitor vendor performance and assess service level agreements to ensure compliance with expectations.
  7. Budget and Cost Management
    1. Track marketing campaign expenditures to maintain budgetary compliance and optimize ROI.
    2. Submit sales and marketing monetary support claims in a timely manner and maintain an up-to-date tracking system.
    3. Ensure accurate monitoring and verification of sales and marketing monetary support to be disbursed to dealers.
