We seek an accomplished and goal-oriented Sales and Revenue Director to helm our sales teams and drive business expansion. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in the automotive sector, skilled in crafting and executing sales strategies, creating a high-performance work environment, and delivering superior customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and direct sales teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  2. Develop and execute sales plans designed to increase revenue and market share.
  3. Coach, train, and motivate sales teams to achieve set targets while providing excellent customer service.
  4. Promote a collaborative work culture within the sales team.
  5. Analyze sales performance data, establish metrics, and take corrective action to optimize results.
  6. Develop strong client relationships, focusing on personalized service.
  7. Enhance sales processes to boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  8. Liaise closely with marketing, finance, after-sales service, and other departments to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the automotive sector, demonstrating a successful track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Able to craft and execute effective sales strategies tailored to business needs.
  • Detailed knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive sales teams.
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, allowing for the interpretation of sales data and financial reports.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships.
