**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Communications Manager to lead our communications strategy and enhance the brand equity of Agency For Science, Technology And Research (A*STAR) in the manufacturing industry.

The successful candidate will report to the Deputy Director of Marketing Communications and be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of external and internal communications activities. They will partner closely with various department heads and marketing agencies to drive business results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a small team of marketing professionals to plan and execute events, campaigns, and activities
  • Manage the annual marketing communications budget and forecast future expenses
  • Plan and execute S&A events that require attendance from Political Office Holders, A*STAR Senior Management, and Public Sector Leaders
  • Develop and implement content across various mediums such as eNewsletters, videos, and social media posts to support business needs
  • Manage external vendors for communications-related jobs such as events, content development, collaterals, gifts, and videos
  • Develop and implement collaterals to support effective selling of S&A's technologies through brochures, websites, presentation slides, and posters
  • Work with internal stakeholders such as Corporate Communications and business units for media publicity clearances
  • Support internal communications; manage and deliver a consistent message to employees to drive engagement

**Requirements:

  • A proven background in business-to-business marketing, with a minimum of 7 years of general marketing and communications experience
  • Expertise in developing integrated communications programmes, including direct marketing, CRM, events, and digital channels
  • Experience in managing external agencies and suppliers
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels up to senior executive levels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve problems and make decisions under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, including copywriting
  • Strong project management skills, including managing multiple events simultaneously, budgeting, multitasking, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a relevant field
