About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Process Improvement Manager to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and seamless logistics performance across our supply chain.

Your expertise in process improvement, workflow optimisation, and change management will enable us to refine our processes and enhance performance. Based at our Warehouse/Distribution Centre, you will implement best practices, streamline processes, and ensure smooth logistics operations while maintaining high performance standards.

  • Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Oversee daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound freight.
  • Implement best practices in warehousing and distribution to improve productivity.
  • Maintain high Health & Safety standards while ensuring operational effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage key staff members.
  • Balance hands-on operational management with strategic oversight to align logistics functions with business objectives.

About You

You have proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, along with a strong background in process improvement, workflow optimisation, and change management. Able to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on leadership, you will excel in managing teams in an operational environment.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and senior leadership, are also crucial. Industry experience in eCommerce, FMCG, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
