The Job Description
This is a varied and challenging role that requires exceptional administrative skills, including office administration, secretarial, and time management skills. You will have the opportunity to lead and support the effective delivery of projects and initiatives alongside the Administration Lead and Locality Service Managers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support project delivery, working closely with senior leaders and teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional administrative support to senior leaders and teams
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare or government setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
