We're currently seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to join our international IT team. As our IT Infrastructure Lead, you will serve as the subject matter expert for key systems including Hyper-V, Dynamics 365, Security frameworks, PRTG Monitoring.

The Role

  • Design and implement infrastructure strategies that support business growth and provide highly available solutions aligned with performance expectations.
  • Create and maintain robust IT security strategies that adapt to organisational change and growth.
  • Establish and enforce security standards while managing high-quality intrusion detection and response protocols.
  • Oversee data backup, recovery, and disaster management planning for the entire Power Farming Group.
  • Ensure connectivity, optimisation, resilience, and performance across all sites globally.
  • Optimise Azure services from both cost and technical perspectives.
  • Manage contractor service delivery and vendor relationships.

About You

  • Hands-on experience designing and supporting Hyper-V, Azure, network, and security services in complex hybrid environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity controls and incident response.
  • Demonstrated team leadership capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and project delivery methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and sound judgement.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to tackle diverse challenges.
  • A business-focused approach that aligns technology with organisational goals.
