Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional administration officer to join our team at Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora. As a key member of our support team, you will provide administrative assistance and services to ensure the smooth operation of our department.
About the Job:
This role involves providing efficient and timely administrative support, answering incoming calls, welcoming visitors, managing patient bookings, data entry, and other clerical tasks. You will work collaboratively with our team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide reception services, including answering phone calls and welcoming visitors
- Manage patient bookings and appointments
- Perform data entry and other clerical tasks
- Assist with administrative projects and initiatives
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements:
