About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Programme Manager to join our team at sKids. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day supervisory care and programme delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage parent and school liaison to ensure effective communication and a smooth programme delivery.
  • Assist staff and team members in their roles, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Roster and manage programme schedules, including before and after-school shifts, holiday programmes, and other activities.

Key Qualifications:

  • A strong passion for working with children aged 5-12 and helping them develop their confidence and individuality.
  • Previous experience working with children or in the childcare/education sector is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • A valid NZ work/student visa or residency/citizenship.
