We're seeking an exceptional leader to drive change and deliver operational excellence in our Colleague Services team. As a key member of our People function, you'll play a pivotal role in championing our functional ambition to be one team, modelling our behaviours, and focusing on what matters with a commercial mindset.

With responsibility for driving change and delivering against service level agreements, legal and regulatory requirements, and actively seeking user feedback to continuously improve ways of working, you'll lead and motivate the Colleague Services team to optimise service delivery outcomes and user experiences.

What You'll Bring
  • Significant experience of leading and shaping colleague services in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
  • Experience of designing and delivering efficient digital-first user journeys that provide an engaging user experience and are simple to administer.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience with a track record of enabling a high-performance team culture.
  • Demonstrable experience of implementing continuous improvement initiatives leveraging relevant technology.
  • Excellent communication skills, possessing the ability to influence and negotiate with a range of key stakeholders through collaboration.
  • Evidence of programme and project management skills to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
