Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the Colleague Services team, developing talent and delivering against service level agreements.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives leveraging relevant technology.
  • Design and deliver efficient digital-first user journeys providing an engaging user experience.
  • Actively seek user feedback and continuously improve ways of working to optimize service delivery outcomes and user experiences.
