Job Summary: We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join our team in Nelson. The successful candidate will provide clinical oversight of a multi-disciplinary team and support the Clinical Nurse Manager and leadership team. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality systems are in place within and across Wāhi Oranga nursing services to enhance care delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with a variety of health professionals. You will also need to be highly organized and motivated by work that is both busy and challenging.

About the Role: The Clinical Coordinator role is a critical position within our team, responsible for the day-to-day running of the unit and clinical oversight of a multi-disciplinary team. You will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager and leadership team to ensure high-quality, safe, client-focused care.
