Reporting to our Head of People and working collaboratively across the wider People team, you will champion our functional ambition to be one team, role modelling our behaviours and always focusing on what matters with a commercial mindset.
Leading and motivating the Colleague Services team, developing talent and delivering against service level agreements, legal and regulatory requirements and actively seeking user feedback and continuously improving ways of working to optimise service delivery outcomes and user experiences.
What you'll bring to the role:
Significant experience of leading and shaping colleague services (preferably within a People/HR centralised service model), in a fast paced and regulated environment.Experience of designing and delivering efficient digital first user journeys which provide an engaging user experience and are simple to administer.Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring experience with a track record of enabling a high-performance team culture.Demonstrable experience of implementing continuous improvement initiatives leveraging relevant technology.Excellent communication skills, possessing the ability to influence and negotiate with a range of key stakeholders through collaboration.Evidence of programme and project management skills to manage multiple conflicting priorities.Resilient and capable of delivering against demanding targets and timescales within a fast-paced environment.Management of payroll and HMRC administration is highly desirable.Regulatory Financial Services experience is desirable.CIPD level 7 desirable, or equivalent qualification /experience.And in return, you'll get the best from us:
