Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
  • Manage all aspects of event execution, including pre-event preparation, event deployment, and post-event review.
  • Arrange travel requirements for delegates and prepare budgets related to events.
  • Source and negotiate the best rates from vendors and suppliers, maximising savings and increasing company profitability.
  • Manage existing clients effectively, creating opportunities to generate additional business and assisting in generating new business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Event Management or similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience within the event industry, with a background of working on international events.
  • Experience of working with a variety of clients, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritising workload.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible attitude.
