Job Description

The Alumni Engagement Director will lead the development and implementation of strategies to engage and steward alumni to advance the mission and goals of our institution.

This role requires an experienced professional with expertise in alumni relations, donor engagement, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to engage and steward alumni
  • Build and maintain relationships with key alumni and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Plan and execute events and programs to foster alumni connections and community building
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in alumni relations and event planning
  • Proven track record of successfully engaging and retaining alumni
