About the Role

The Administrator will be a key member of our team providing outstanding service to our staff and learners in our Capable NZ team.

As an Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include frontline support, answering learner enquiries and varied administration including academic processes support.

This is a varied, satisfying office administration role where you'll be part of a successful team who support each other in a busy environment.

This role can either be full-time or part-time (minimum 24 hours per week).

About You

  • You will be highly organised, detail-focussed, pro-active and committed administrators with highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, a positive and productive team attitude.
  • You will have outstanding relationship-building skills which are customer-centred.
  • You will have excellent skills in word processing, and competency with spreadsheet and database use.
  • You will have multitasking skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage time effectively.
