About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a programme project coordinator in Te Poutahu. You will work closely with our curriculum specialists to design and develop educational products that align with The New Zealand Curriculum, Te Marautanga o Aotearoa, and Te Whariki.

As a programme project coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships and partnerships to achieve shared outcomes in a complex organisation
  • Developing solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders
  • Facilitating online sessions and communicating complex information simply
  • Understanding educational change and implementation practices that support teachers and students
  • Possessing cultural knowledge and competency to build relationships and operate in te ao Maori and Maori communities where needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of The New Zealand Curriculum, Te Marautanga o Aotearoa, and Te Whariki
  • Experience working in programme/project environments
  • Ability to write clearly for a variety of audiences
  • Facilitation experience in person and online
  • Cultural knowledge and competency to build relationships and operate in te ao Maori and Maori communities where needed
