The Programme works in partnership with other Te Poutahu business units to enable the products and outcomes delivered from these projects to move into the business for ongoing delivery, maintenance, and support.Salary range: $118,371 to $143,760 per annum and 3% KiwiSaver.
The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.To be successful in this role you will bring the following:Ability to build relationships and partnerships to achieve shared outcomes in a complex organisationDemonstrated experience working in programme/project environmentsUnderstanding of The New Zealand Curriculum, Te Marautanga o Aotearoa and Te WharikiKnowledge of the NCEA Review of Achievement StandardsAbility to write clearly for a variety of audiences and communicate complex information simplyFacilitation experience in person and onlineUnderstanding of educational change and implementation practices that will support teachers and students to understand and use the productsCultural knowledge and competency to build relationships and operate in te ao Maori and Maori communities where needed.You will also offer:Curriculum specialism in one or more of the following learning areas: social sciences, learning languages.Curriculum knowledge in Te Marautanga o Aotearoa with proficiency in both English and te reo.A qualification in education specialising in the primary and/or secondary sector.How to applyAll applications must be submitted online via the Ministry Careers Portal.
