Job Overview

As a Broker Support Administrator, you will be the front-line point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support across admin and documentation needs.

Responsibilities
  • Be a front-line point of contact for our clients and look after any enquiries they might have.
  • Negotiate policy terms and conditions with insurers and drive positive outcomes for our clients.
  • Assist with client renewals in accordance with our organisational protocols.
Requirements
  • You'll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face-to-face, over the phone, or through written correspondence.
  • Ideally, you will come from a similar background within the industry; otherwise, experience in a customer or solution-driven environment with strong administrative aspects would be well suited.
  • A few key areas we are looking for: a customer-first mentality along with being a proactive problem solver, a motivated self-starter who is able to work with a level of autonomy, strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work.
