Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering and Directing Calls: Answer all incoming phone calls from customers, sales representatives, vendors, and the general public in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolving Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer needs. Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
  • Scheduling Freight Delivery Appointments: Schedule all inbound freight delivery appointments to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries.
  • Managing Daily Mail: Open and distribute daily mail to the relevant departments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assisting Purchasing and Receiving: Assist purchasing and receiving with data entry and reporting as needed.
