Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Night Shift Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, employees, and vendors.
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls from customers, sales representatives, vendors, and the general public in a professional and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and effective way to meet customer needs.
- Schedule all inbound freight delivery appointments and ensure seamless logistics.
- Open and distribute daily mail, manage data entry, and provide reporting support.
- Assist purchasing and receiving teams with administrative tasks and duties.
- Support driver check-in process and customer service functions.
Requirements:
An associate degree or equivalent work experience in an accounting administration position is preferred. Successful candidates must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
