About the Role

We are seeking an Order Processing Specialist to join our established team based at our Albany plant. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to both our customers and account managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently
  • Providing updates on order status and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Supporting our Account Managers by preparing quotes, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information
  • Addressing customer concerns and working with internal departments to find effective solutions

About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven individual with excellent communication skills. You will have experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing, print, and packaging industry. A high level of initiative and self-motivation is essential for this role.
