To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years' experience in Customer Services or Call Centre environments.
  • Coffee and tea knowledge is advantageous.
  • ERP systems experience, particularly SAP and/or Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
