Financial Operations Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Financial Operations Support Professional. In this role, you will provide administrative support for financial operations, including accounts processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Complete bank and account reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting
  • Ensure financial compliance with internal policies and government regulations
  • Assist with audits and financial analysis as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years' experience in accounts
  • A strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards
  • Experience using accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, or similar)
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with great attention to detail
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team and build strong relationships
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
  • Payroll and Holidays Act experience would be an advantage
