Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with Support Workers and their managers
  • Manage advance rosters and handle short-notice sick leave requirements
  • Remain resilient and composed in a high-pressure environment

Requirements:

  • Prior administration experience (scheduling or rostering highly desirable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional telephone manner
  • Experience working within a variable environment and ability to prioritize to achieve desired outcomes
