Job Description

The Job Title: Service Delivery Scheduler

  • This role involves managing the day-to-day activities of our facilities portfolio, ensuring smooth operations and meeting contractual obligations.

You will be working closely with our team to:

  • Oversee and coordinate Planned Maintenance and Reactive Works to meet contractual KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sub-Contractors, ensuring site work meets expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Sub-Contractors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to drive project success.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, driving enhancements to efficiency, client satisfaction, and company reputation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2-year administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in scheduling or planning, preferably in Utilities or Trade Services.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Dynamics and Office suite applications.
  • Proven analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
