Role Overview:
The Scheduling Services Team Support Officer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient coordination of scheduling and examination services across the University of Canterbury. This includes managing ad-hoc booking requests, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring examinations run smoothly and effectively. You will also provide exceptional support to students during key periods, such as enrolment and examinations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Manage ad-hoc booking requests and ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate scheduling and examination services
- Ensure examinations run smoothly and effectively, including coordinating schedules and events
- Provide exceptional support to students during key periods, such as enrolment and examinations

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3-5 years of administrative experience, along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will enjoy working with a variety of people and building strong relationships, thrive in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges, and be highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities with ease.
