Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules for production equipment
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks
  • Monitor equipment performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Procure necessary parts, tools, and materials for maintenance activities
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential issues before they escalate
  • Collaborate with production managers to minimize downtime and maximize productivity

Qualifications

  • NZQF Level 5 Electrical/Mechanical Fitter
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to industrial machinery
  • Experience with CMMS software
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
