Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Ministry team as a Programme Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing and leading programmes that create life-changing experiences for campers and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead programme content for Kids, JKids, Family, and Easter camps
- Recruit, train, and support volunteers (camp leaders, camp parents)
- Ensure smooth operation of events and programmes
- Maintain high standards of health and safety
- Experience leading youth or ministry programmes, including event management and risk assessment
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and support volunteers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A qualification in youth leadership, education, or similar (advantageous)
