Job Description

The Residential Youth Worker provides rangatahi with the confidence and skills to become positive contributors to their whānau and communities. This involves understanding the complex causes of offending and taking action beyond punitive measures.

Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and develop effective strategies to support rangatahi in their personal growth and rehabilitation.
  2. Collaborate with other agencies to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  3. Establish and maintain positive relationships with whānau and community groups.
