About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Youth Worker. In this role, you will provide support and guidance to young people in our care, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.

As a Residential Youth Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes positive relationships and behaviour change. You will work closely with other staff members to develop individualized plans that cater to the unique needs of each young person.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with youth and making a positive impact on their lives. If you have experience in social services or working with at-risk children and youth, we encourage you to apply.

  1. Ensuring the physical and emotional safety of the young people in our care
  2. Providing individualized support and guidance to help young people develop life skills and achieve their goals
