About the Role

This exciting new administrative role is ideal for a passionate individual with customer-centric skills, excellent technical skills, and a desire to improve quality and data integrity at Waitemata District Health Board.

The successful candidate will support the Service Manager, Decision Support Analyst, Quality, Risk & Clinical Governance Coordinator and MHAS Management Team by coordinating data requirements as set by the Ministry of Health or Waitemata District Health Board.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate data & quality improvement projects across all Mental Health & Addiction Services
  • Service Improvement support to the Clinical (Nurse) Manager group
  • Maintaining data integrity Staff training and develop and maintain systems and processes
