We are Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Lakes, a healthcare provider in the beautiful Lakes district of New Zealand. We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our Clinical Records Department at Rotorua Hospital.

About the Job

This role involves providing administrative support to the department, including collecting, collating, and filing clinical information. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, a logical approach, and some knowledge of medical terminology.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records. They will also be able to respond to requests for clinical information in a timely and efficient manner.

About You
  • You will have experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • You will possess excellent computer skills and be proficient in using software applications.
  • You will have a methodical approach to work and be able to maintain accurate records.
  • You will have some knowledge of medical terminology and be able to understand complex clinical information.

Salary range: $57,291 to $63,630 pro-rated to hours worked.
