About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Service Quality Coordinator. As a key member of our Mental Health & Addictions Service (MHAS), you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of services to our patients.

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating data and quality improvement projects across all Mental Health & Addiction Services, providing service improvement support to the Clinical (Nurse) Manager group, and maintaining data integrity, staff training, and developing and maintaining systems and processes.

  • A strong background in administration and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • An understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi and cultural awareness
