About the Role as Operation Readiness Coordinator: You will support the Operational Readiness Manager in coordinating dynamic testing and trial operations across different phases. This includes collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to prepare test plans, schedules, and procedures for the testing phase. You will oversee logistics and resources during the testing stage to ensure successful execution, facilitate coordination with O&M entities, monitor testing progress, and ensure effective issue resolution.
Your Responsibilities will include consolidating test results, generating detailed reports after each testing scenario, and supporting training delivery to ensure O&M manual deliverables meet client expectations.
About You: To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Engineering or a related field, such as Software, Rail Systems, or Automation. You should also have 5+ years of experience in major railway construction or O&M projects, with proven experience in dynamic testing, trial operations, and service demonstrations within the railway industry. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
