The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Night Shift Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, this role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support during the night shift.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They must also be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail in their work.
Main Duties:- Receiving and Directing Calls: Answer all incoming phone calls from customers, sales representatives, vendors, and the general public in a professional and courteous manner.
- Troubleshooting and Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer needs. Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
- Scheduling Deliveries: Schedule all inbound freight delivery appointments to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries.
- Daily Mail Management: Open and distribute daily mail to the relevant departments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Purchasing and Receiving Support: Assist purchasing and receiving with data entry and reporting as needed.
