At Ashcroft Homes Limited, we are seeking a Property Sales Strategist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with knowledge of the Auckland housing market or a driven individual from a project management, building, or trade background.

Job Overview

The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and help them develop and craft their ideas into plans. A key component will be building a solid pipeline of work by establishing strong relationships with property owners, developers, real estate agents, and building supply companies. The successful candidate will maintain close relationships with clients throughout the entire sales and build process to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Generating new business and referrals
  • Following up on leads
  • Meeting with potential clients to discuss full sales process, options, and pricing
  • Conducting initial feasibility studies and liaising with draughtspersons to prepare scheme plans
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the build/project process
  • Attending industry events and networking across all appropriate channels to generate leads

Requirements

  • A customer-focused mindset together with a high degree of integrity and work ethic
  • A technically strong understanding of the Auckland new home/property development market
  • A network of industry contacts would be highly desirable
  • Familiarity with the Unitary Plan, creating feasibility studies, and scheme plans
  • Awareness of the market and competitor offers
  • As a bonus, some experience with architectural software would be beneficial
