Field Sales Executive

Customer-Focused Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to join our team as a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing sales opportunities within our key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop sales opportunities within key accounts
- Face-to-face meetings with customers on a scheduled call cycle across the region
- Deliver product training on new ranges and innovations
- Negotiate pricing structures and identify promotional opportunities for customers and the business
- Up-skill customers on our unique market-leading software platform
- Ensure brand loyalty with each customer through impeccable service
- Record meetings and calls accurately in CRM
- Discover relevant market information and feed it back to the wider business
- Recognize future product or service opportunities and liaise with the R&D team
- Identify new customer opportunities and occasionally cold call
About Our Ideal Candidate:
- Proven ability to work remotely while being an integral part of a supportive team
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- Disciplined approach to achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Competence in efficiently planning and managing a vital business territory
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite of products and ability to quickly learn in-house computer software programs
- Able to travel 2 nights away per month depending on location
- Technical ability or willingness to be hands-on with technical challenges
