**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Field Sales Director to lead our field sales team at DB Breweries Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and ensuring our field sales teams have the right tools and strategies to deliver outstanding results.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • LEADING FIELD SALES TEAM:
    • SALES COACHING: Provide coaching and guidance to field sales teams to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
    • SALES PERFORMANCE: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • OWNING SALES METRICS:
    • DEFINITION OF METRICS: Define and measure sales metrics to track progress.
    • CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience and passion for coaching and development.
  • Tertiary qualification with 7+ years' experience in FMCG, including 3+ years in Sales (preferably Field Sales, Key Account or Category Management).
  • Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly (30-40% of time) to support field activities and business objectives.
