Skills and Qualifications:
Ideally, you will hold a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Human Resource Management) or other formal HR related training. A minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in the role of HR Manager or Adviser is also essential.
In-depth knowledge across all functions of HRM, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement, is required.
While motor industry experience would be beneficial, candidates from other industries will also be considered.
