About the Team

The SME & Growth Business team at Airwallex is a dynamic group of professionals who are dedicated to helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) succeed in the global economy. We combine our expertise in finance with a growth mindset to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Airwallex's founding New Zealand team and contribute to the growth and success of the company. As an early member of our NZ team, you'll have a significant impact on shaping our future and being part of a unique growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a book size of 150-300 customer accounts and build deep relationships with your portfolio to understand their needs and provide value-based solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams, including sales, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Utilize our range of products and services to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to share customer insights and inform product development.
