**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities from the dealer network, generating referrals from key dealer salespeople, and building relationships with dealerships and prospects in their territory.
**Key Performance Indicators:***
- Sales targets achieved through referrals from dealers
- Number of dealerships and prospects in territory
- Quality of relationships built with dealerships and prospects
- Average deal size and value
**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will require advanced experience in B2B business development or sales, exposure to leasing, auto dealerships, or automotive finance products, and knowledge of the motor vehicle leasing industry. You will also need to possess excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
