In this crucial coordination role, you'll be extensively engaged in frequent phone communication with Support Workers, managing advance rosters, and promptly handling short-notice sick leave requirements. Your ability to remain resilient and composed in our high-pressure environment will be instrumental in consistently achieving required deliverables.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with Support Workers and Service Managers

**Requirements**

We're seeking an experienced Schedule Coordinator who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a professional telephone manner. You should have previous administration experience, preferably in scheduling or rostering. Additionally, you'll need experience working within a variable environment and prioritizing tasks to achieve desired outcomes.
