**Role Description**

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and accelerating Singapore as a regional Biomedical hub by fostering strong relationships with consortium members and implementing strategies to enhance business outcomes.

As a member of the Tech Biz Team, you will translate developed technology to industry members, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of business objectives.

With a proven track record in B2B business development and enterprise account management, you will mentor and coach Pillar team members to develop business use cases, analyse market trends, and identify opportunities for business development.

Additionally, you will adeptly manage business processes, prepare and present regular reports, and update CRM software for business analytics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consortium members.
  • Implement strategies to enhance business growth and outcomes.
  • Translate developed technology to industry members.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities.
  • Mentor and coach Pillar team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering-related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in B2B business development and enterprise account management.
  • Experience in Life Science or Biomedical industry a bonus.
  • Proven experience as Business Accounts Manager or similar role within consortium or collaborative environment.
