About the Role:As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our nursing staff. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including maintaining clinic efficiency, ensuring infection control practices are followed, and assisting with patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of outpatient areas.
- Monitor and order stock levels, ensuring we have the necessary resources to provide excellent patient care.
- Assist with patient care, including acting as a chaperone during consultations and supporting Registered Nurses.
- Demonstrate a competent understanding of computer systems and a passion for patient-centered care.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Experience in stock management and ordering.
- A proficient understanding of Infection Control practices.
- Competent level of computer knowledge.
- A supportive and inclusive work environment.
