Hours of work: Full time, rostered shifts
Pay Rate: $26.94 - $29.10 per hour - subject to completed caregiving qualification
About the Role Provide exceptional care to our residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Work closely with a team to implement our individual care plans.
Full training provided.
Some Duties include but are not limited to: Undertaking personal cares, while encouraging residents to make decisions that promote independencePromptly completing delegated tasks in a timely mannerResponding quickly to resident requests, providing them with useful, relevant informationMaintaining and updating resident healthcare recordsAssisting with handover of residents at shift changesCareer progression + assistance with Careerforce and NZQA qualificationsEAP (Employee Assistance Programme)Access to discounts and benefits via our Staff AppOpportunities to transfer between 23 Radius Care sitesSupportive team environmentSkills and Experience New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 3 (or equivalent) and 3 years of relevant experience; OR New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 4 (or equivalent).People skills with empathy for the elderly and their familiesGood written and verbal communication skillsFlexibility to work on a rostered shift basisApply now Exceptional People, Exceptional Care Radius Care is a New Zealand owned and operated company; we specialise in health and aged care for the elderly and disabled.
