About the Role
  1. Collaborate with professionals both externally and within the organization.
  2. Lead client servicing requirements and identify opportunities for growth within the existing client base as well as new business.
  3. Provide professional, accurate, and efficient responses to client needs, and act as a liaison with external partners and underwriters.
  4. C coordinate client renewals and prepare premium calculations.

Requirements
  • A strong operator with experience in insurance broking, commercial, and SME clients.
  • Holding a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – General Insurance.
  • Experience in handling all aspects and responsibilities related to providing broking services and compliance around providing financial advice.
  • Proven client engagement skills, effective communication, advocacy, and confidence in providing counsel and advice and negotiating good outcomes for clients.
