Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join our team, providing exceptional front-of-house support and administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing mail, supplies, and office resources efficiently.
  • Assisting with projects, events, and administrative tasks.
  • Providing top-notch service to our customers, visitors, and staff.
  • Ensuring our office spaces are clean and welcoming.
  • Overseeing our beautiful Ruapehu Lodge.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Confident and familiar with Microsoft 365 suite and learning other applications.
  • You love helping people and making their day better.
  • You have a knack for keeping things in order.
  • You can drive and have a full NZ driving licence.
  • Strong service focus and ability to quickly establish rapport with others.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and confident with a desire to learn new skills.
  • Some familiarity with Te Ao Māori, including Te Reo Māori and tikanga (training and support provided if necessary).
