You will coordinate with external vendors, such as cleaners and insurance agents, and conduct cost analyses when purchasing new systems or services.
Ensuring Yu Group's grounds, buildings, and facilities are safely maintained, improved, and fully utilized is essential.
The Facilities Coordinator will complete day-to-day operational requirements within the Yu Group.
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth operation of a building's infrastructure through administrative support, including budgeting, procurement negotiation, contractor liaison, and documentation, as well as coordination of staff and office equipment during relocation, and at times supervision and physical assistance with maintenance tasks.
