This permanent Part-time position is based in either Auckland, Hamilton, or Christchurch and requires a flexible approach to working hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the rostering of Support Workers
  • Ensuring the delivery of safe services to individuals with disabilities
  • Maintaining strong relationships with Support Workers and managers

  • Previous experience in scheduling/coordinating rosters
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident computer skills and ability to learn new systems
