Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Court Registry Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the court, including facilitating the introduction of judges, managing jurors, and providing excellent customer service to individuals interacting with the court.

Main Responsibilities
- Facilitate the running of the court by introducing judges, managing jurors, and handling general administration.
- Ensure that all necessary information is available to the judiciary and case parties in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to individuals interacting with the court.
- Travel within the Waikato region may be required.

Key Requirements
- Be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with judges, lawyers, and other court staff.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage complex processes and ensure accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new legislation and processes.
- Display resilience and the ability to handle sensitive or high-volume situations.
